Use 200Pulse to track your websites ethically. Don't do anything illegal or harmful. Pay your bills on time. We'll keep your data safe and the service running smoothly. That's basically it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 200Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We may update these terms occasionally, and we'll notify you of any significant changes.

2. Description of Service

200Pulse provides privacy-first web analytics. We track page views, visitor metrics, and other anonymous data to help you understand your website traffic without compromising your visitors' privacy.

3. Your Account

To use 200Pulse, you need to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your password secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use 200Pulse for illegal purposes
• Track websites you don't own or have permission to track
• Attempt to compromise our security or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or copy our service
• Use the service to harm or harass others

5. Payment Terms

Free Plan: Up to 200,000 page views per month, forever free.

Pro Plan: Paid monthly based on your page view tier. Billing is handled securely through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Data Ownership

You own all the analytics data collected from your websites. We act only as a processor of this data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for any downtime, but we'll always work hard to keep things running smoothly.

8. Limitation of Liability

200Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, we'll delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to keep it longer.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
